Ristorante Isoletta SRL does not provide information collected (via the website, email, or telephone) to third parties without your express and prior consent.

Your access to certain services and information within the site (including access to personal data) is protected by a username and password. We recommend that you do not disclose these details to anyone. isoletta.ro will never ask for your account password in unsolicited messages or phone calls. Therefore, we advise you not to disclose this password to anyone asking for it.

When accessing the site from a public computer, remember to “Log out” at the end of each session. We also advise you to close the browser window you worked in.

These tips are intended to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information or correspondence when working on a computer network in a public place (e.g., internet cafes). Please also remember that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online (via email, forums, discussion groups, chat services, etc.), that information can be easily collected and used by unauthorized persons. Although isoletta.ro does its best to protect your personal information, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your information (passwords, usernames, etc.) related to the accounts you have acquired through our services.

We guarantee that we will make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data in our systems, according to the security standards imposed by current Romanian legislation. We strive to protect isoletta.ro and our users against unauthorized access or unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction of the information we hold. Specifically:

  • We provide secure access to personal data.
  • We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access to systems.
  • We restrict access to personal information to Ristorante Isoletta SRL employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information to process it for us and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

However, as effective as our security systems are, no system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the impenetrability of our security services, nor that the information transmitted to us will not be intercepted at the time it is disclosed.

Who has access to the information collected from you

Sharing personal data with third parties under the conditions stipulated above implies your acceptance that recipients may have separate privacy and data collection practices. Ristorante Isoletta SRL has no control over and cannot guarantee all legal aspects involved in the use of these independent privacy practices.

We will also share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Ristorante Isoletta SRL if we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulations, legal procedures, or enforceable governmental requests.
  • Enforce the Regulation and Terms and Conditions in effect, including investigating possible violations.
  • Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at contact@isoletta.ro.
