Procurement Announcements through the Isoletta Smart Digital Project

SC RISTORANTE ISOLETTA SRL, identified by VAT number 27241060, is implementing the project financing contract ISOLETTA SMART DIGITAL, order no.: 2136.1/i3/c9 under “PNRR/2022/C9/MIPE/I3/Digitalization of SMEs – grants of up to 100,000 EUR per enterprise to support SMEs in adopting digital technologies”. In this context, potential bidders are invited to visit the Announcements published here. The budget categories related to the expenses are as follows:

1. Expenses related to the acquisition of ICT hardware, automation and robotics equipment integrated with digital solutions, and other related devices and equipment, including for E-commerce, IoT (Internet of Things), blockchain technologies, etc., as well as installation, configuration, and commissioning expenses
2. Expenses related to the acquisition and/or development and/or adaptation of software applications/licenses, expenses for configuring and implementing databases, migration and integration of various existing data structures, for financial management, supplier management, human resources, logistics, expenses for implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) systems, blockchain technologies, E-Commerce solutions, etc., and their integration into BTP (Business Technology Platform), where applicable
3. Expenses related to the acquisition of a company presentation website
4. Expenses related to the acquisition of Cloud Computing services during the implementation and sustainability period of the project
5. Expenses for IT technical audit services (preparation of the IT technical report); Entities providing such services cannot also act as suppliers for other eligible expenses within the same project
6. Expenses for training the personnel who will use the ICT equipment (mandatory expense up to a maximum of 10% of the financed value). This expense category must also include IT courses for persons responsible for the management and control of the enterprise, courses intended to help them understand the role of digitalization in business growth. Digital skills courses must be accredited by the National Qualifications Authority and/or have national/international recognition, etc.
